Location
Rollingergrund, Luxembourg City. A green valley corridor north-west of the centre, with the Bambësch above it.
Rollingergrund runs north-west from the city centre along the valley road of the same name, between the Belair plateau and Mühlenbach. It is quieter and greener than the plateau quarters, with a mix of older valley houses, post-war blocks and newer residences on the slopes, and the Bambësch forest directly above it.

Everyday shopping and food
Supermarkets and bakeries sit along the Route de Rollingergrund, and the shopping of the Ville Haute and Limpertsberg is a few minutes away by bus. Larger retail is reached by car towards Bertrange or Strassen.
Banking, post and administration
The quarter is part of the commune of Luxembourg City, so registration, waste and resident parking are all handled through the Bierger-Center in the Ville Haute, a short bus ride away.
Shops and services
Medical practices, pharmacies, schools and crèches are distributed along the valley road, and the major hospital and clinic addresses on the Belair and Strassen side are close by.
Transport and connections
Frequent bus lines run the length of the valley into Hamilius and the city centre in around ten to fifteen minutes, and connect to the tram for Kirchberg. Road access towards the north and the A7 is quick, which suits households commuting out of the city as well as into it.
Eating out and evenings
The quarter is residential and calm in the evening, with a small number of neighbourhood restaurants and cafés along the valley and the full offer of the centre a short ride away.

What exactly is included in the rent?

What deposit will I be asked for?
A rental guarantee is paid before the keys are handed over. The amount is set in the lease, within the limit fixed by Luxembourg law, and is returned after the departure inventory once any agreed deductions are settled.
Which documents do I need to apply?
An identity document, proof of income such as an employment contract or your two most recent payslips, and, for non-EU nationals, the relevant residence document. Nothing else is needed to start.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered on request, taking account of the building rules and, in a shared apartment, the other residents.
