Bonnevoie, Luxembourg City. Dense, international and well connected, immediately south of the station.
Bonnevoie lies south and east of the central station and is one of the largest and most mixed quarters of the capital, divided between Bonnevoie-Nord Verlorenkost and Bonnevoie-Sud. It is dense, genuinely international, and offers better value per square metre than the plateau quarters while staying within walking distance of the station.

Everyday shopping and food
Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers and international grocers are spread along the Rue de Bonnevoie, the Route de Thionville and the surrounding streets. The shopping centre at Cloche d'Or is a short ride to the west for a full weekly shop.
Banking, post and administration
Bonnevoie is part of the commune of Luxembourg City and communal formalities are handled at the Bierger-Center in the Ville Haute. Banks, post services and notaries are concentrated around the station, a few minutes away.
Shops and services
The quarter has its own schools, crèches, sports hall and municipal swimming pool, along with a full range of medical practices, pharmacies and everyday services distributed along the main streets.
Transport and connections
The southern branch of the T1 tram runs through the quarter towards Howald and Cloche d'Or and north to the station, Hamilius and Kirchberg. The central station itself is a ten to fifteen minute walk from most of Bonnevoie-Nord, and the city bus network is dense.
Eating out and evenings
Restaurants and cafés are spread through the quarter rather than concentrated, with a strong Portuguese, Italian and Balkan presence, and the station quarter immediately to the north for a wider choice.
Green space and walks
The Parc de Bonnevoie and the Kaltreis park give the quarter two genuine green spaces with playgrounds and sports facilities, and the Alzette path leads east out of the city towards Hesperange.

What exactly is included in the rent?
The monthly figure covers heating, electricity, water, high-speed internet, building charges and the cleaning of the common areas. There is no separate utility bill to open in your name and no annual reconciliation at the end of the year.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The rental period is agreed case by case. Tell us how long you expect to stay, including if the answer is that you do not yet know, and we will tell you straight away whether the studio works for that.
Is the studio furnished?
Yes, and it is ready to use on the first day.
What deposit will I be asked for?
A rental guarantee is paid before the keys are handed over. The amount is set in the lease, within the limit fixed by Luxembourg law, and is returned after the departure inventory once any agreed deductions are settled.
Which documents do I need to apply?
An identity document, proof of income such as an employment contract or your two most recent payslips, and, for non-EU nationals, the relevant residence document. Nothing else is needed to start.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered on request, taking account of the building rules and, in a shared apartment, the other residents.
When can I move in?
