Neudorf, Luxembourg City. Valley quarter below Kirchberg, with newer stock and quick access to the plateau.
Neudorf follows the valley east of Clausen, below the Kirchberg plateau and towards Cents and Weimershof. It has absorbed more new residential development than most valley quarters, which makes it one of the more realistic addresses in the city for recently built apartments at a sensible distance from the financial district.

Supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are spread along the Rue de Neudorf, with the large shopping centre on Kirchberg a few minutes away by bus for anything more substantial.

Neudorf is part of the commune of Luxembourg City. Registration and communal services are handled at the Bierger-Center in the Ville Haute; banking and post are available in the quarter and on Kirchberg.

Transport and connections
Bus lines run along the valley to Kirchberg, the Ville Haute and the station. The airport is unusually close for a city address, and access to the A1 towards Trier is direct.

What exactly is included in the rent?

What deposit will I be asked for?
A rental guarantee is paid before the keys are handed over. The amount is set in the lease, within the limit fixed by Luxembourg law, and is returned after the departure inventory once any agreed deductions are settled.
Which documents do I need to apply?
An identity document, proof of income such as an employment contract or your two most recent payslips, and, for non-EU nationals, the relevant residence document. Nothing else is needed to start.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are considered on request, taking account of the building rules and, in a shared apartment, the other residents.
