Studio · all-inclusive
Neudorf, commune of Luxembourg City
A self-contained furnished studio in Neudorf, arranged as a single bright living space with a sleeping area, a dining and working corner and a fully equipped kitchen.
The studio measures around 30 m² and has its own private bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin.
Everything is in place on the first day: furniture, kitchen equipment, bed linen arrangements agreed in advance, internet already connected and no utility contracts to open in your own name.
The rent is a single all-inclusive figure. Heating, electricity, water, high-speed internet and the cleaning of common areas are covered, so there is no annual charges reconciliation to budget for and no supply contract to open, transfer or close when you leave.
Barresi Group manages the property directly, which means one point of contact from the first viewing to the last day of the lease. We work in English, French and Italian, and we answer on WhatsApp during working hours.
Neudorf, Luxembourg City. Valley quarter below Kirchberg, with newer stock and quick access to the plateau.
Neudorf follows the valley east of Clausen, below the Kirchberg plateau and towards Cents and Weimershof. It has absorbed more new residential development than most valley quarters, which makes it one of the more realistic addresses in the city for recently built apartments at a sensible distance from the financial district.

Supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are spread along the Rue de Neudorf, with the large shopping centre on Kirchberg a few minutes away by bus for anything more substantial.
Neudorf is part of the commune of Luxembourg City. Registration and communal services are handled at the Bierger-Center in the Ville Haute; banking and post are available in the quarter and on Kirchberg.
Medical practices, crèches, schools and sports facilities are distributed along the valley, and the Kirchberg hospital and sports centre are close by.
Bus lines run along the valley to Kirchberg, the Ville Haute and the station. The airport is unusually close for a city address, and access to the A1 towards Trier is direct.
The quarter is quiet in the evening, with neighbourhood restaurants along the main road and the Clausen and Kirchberg offers a few minutes away.
Woodland on the Cents and Hamm slopes rises directly behind the quarter, and the Alzette valley path leads west towards Pfaffenthal and the old town.
Every quarter below belongs to the commune of Luxembourg City, the country's largest commune and the one that handles registration, waste, resident parking and communal services for all of the districts we let in.
Public transport is free everywhere in Luxembourg, so the only cost of a commute from here is time. The journey times below are approximate and depend on the service and the time of day.
